Two dynamic and constantly growing companies, expression of the Italian SME, which now share skills and knowledge in order to strengthen their presence on the marine market and build together new business opportunities.
Conit provides complete engineering services for the marine industry, its portfolio of Customers and projects has allowed the company to achieve a leadership position in the design and construction of electrical and electronic safety systems, and in the monitoring of integrated electrical systems.
In recent months, Conit and Aitek have met and found themselves in tune, so as to immediately start a collaboration. For Aitek, this partnership will be an opportunity to present its technological solutions to marine operators, such as the AiVu video surveillance software platform, chosen by important customers in the port, logistics and transport markets. AiVu integrates standard video monitoring functionalities with innovative video analytics applications, based on advanced Artificial Intelligence techniques, that detect security-threatening events in real time.
In addition, particularly suitable for installations on board ship is the Aitek’s People Flow Supervisory solution for detecting the position of people within an area. Through the use of special sensors, the system provides in real time the position of each user without making any personal recognition. This solution is ideal for automatic people counting, entry monitoring, and queue management for access to areas such as restaurants, buffets, recreation areas, etc.
The range of Aitek solutions for the naval world is completed by the TVIP platform for Digital Signage: successfully installed on board ships and ferry terminals, TVIP provides all the tools for programming and broadcasting multimedia content and information on monitors of any size.
