Digital TV

TVIP is IPTV Aitek solution, result of the confluence between Internet and Television technologies and its experience in the area of digital coding and transmission of audio/video flows. The platform allows to integrate hardware and software modules that utilize Network and web technologies in order to realize different solutions following the paradigm contents anytime anywhere.

The platform includes TV encoder and DVB-IP gateway, middleware and client for set-top-box that can be connected to a standard TV Monitor or LCD or plasma monitor. TVIP allows the viewing of Live and on-demand contents, Internet and e-mail access through a small terminal connected to a standard TV monitor or directly to the panel PC.

TVIP is available in the following solutions:

• Business TV: it enables to produce low cost tv contents, thematic and information channels, and distribute them within organizations in local and geographic areas, exploiting the web and IP communication technologies.
• Digital Signage: it joins the platform components TVIP for content distribution on IP network.
• Hotel TV: TVIP Hospitality is a fully digital solution for TV and Multimedia Video/Audio contents production, distribution and archiving suitable for Hotels, Conference Centre, Cruises, Yachts, Multiplexes, Nursing Homes.
• Digital kiosk: is the technological platform dedicated to receptions and meeting rooms thanks to the installation of Digital Terminals for information and entertainment broadcasting dedicated to customers coming from a Business TV channel.
