The application is dwelled in a primary ISP Data Center (p.e. INFRACOM or Telecom Italia) which guarantees excellent connectivity due to its presence on the Internet and on international Peer-to-peer exchange points.

The User has internet access to the application through a standard browser and can use all content ingestion, creation, programming and distribution functions. No server infrastructure, no dedicated net, no added cost for IT staff to manage the system. Aitek provides E-mail and phone training support through our international partners. TVIP-SaaS solution guarantees updates and new software functions throughout the service period.
